My Job Method

I don't know if this has been posted here or not but i came up with this idea with myself so my bad if it was already posted.....

First thing your going to have to do is Post a ad in the jobs section in
Craigslist 


Example Job Post 
Our client is a rapidly growing biopharmaceutical company . Due to a recent acquisition they have an office assisant role open on their team. This position will report to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.Employees will have to use computers daily.

Candidate will perform traditional FP&A duties including regular Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash Flow analysis as well as modeling specific to sales market share and profitability.
No Experience is required for this job.As we will train those who are needed to be.All applicants will have to take a computer knowledge test prior to being hired.There are Full time jobs and part time jobs available.




Every time you get a reply about the job you say something like

Note: You need at least a 80% Score on your test to be taken as a serious applicant.The test contains approximately 50 questions.
You must complete the test and send it back as a attachment in the next email.

It doesnt really matter what you put in the requirements field just got ot make it look legit..


your computer Knowledge test is a link to a **************ashout file,sharecash etc something that pays you per donwload.Simply just upload 
a text document called Your Test.doc or something similar and the people
who get that email will and download that file because they think it is a requirement to take that damn TEST!..I got at least 200 job replys within 3 hours of my ad.Another thing
maybe set up a autoresponder and make multiply craigslist accounts so you can post many jobs.Because i found if you post 2 jobs at once then they will both get flagged.Also you can use this method
with just not computer knowledge test but IQ. Test..Grammar Test..Etc
the list can go on and on.Just got to be creative with the jobs

Another way is to maybe just hit them up with a I.Q test cpa offer.Use a Free one not one that requires you to enter your cellphone pic..you'll get alot more money using free iq test offers..

Another way is to set up a application page that makes the user have to fill out a page like name,birthday,refernces,etc...and say.. thanks for the interest i the job.You can start by filling out your application at this page...then on that page have bhcb with a cpa offer..this one was kind of cashflowkings idea in this thread.. i just kind of twisted it a bit.So credits to him
