Noob taking the first step ! Building something out of nothing!

Hello Everyone, 

To who would like to follow me stay tuned. I was once a black hat addict and lived reading on the site I had so much information in me and all the tools sitting there on my desktop but I never implemented or did anything meaningful with the information. Faced with distractions and procrastination I cant imagine how much I really lost. I used to be a vip jr. member on another account but I forgot my pass ( DID NOT GET BANNED ). I was with blackhat since 2009ish. I stopped for a few years. Although that's besides the point, Now Im taking action from when starting NOW! .. I have always been fascinated with the vast amount of information available on this site and amazed at how involved the members are in helping each other. Thank you all for making up such a wonderful community. 

Well this is it .. IM TAKING THE FIRST STEP NOW!! 

I will be doing this step by step. 

I am a webdesigner, understand basic programming. 

1) I have under $100 budget. 
2) I have absolutely no memory of any high ranking CHATS or websites that I can use in any way that's beneficial to me. 
3) I do understand the basic principals of SEO and ranking a website. 

I will be trying Almost EVERY METHOD I READ that seems somewhat doable to me .. 

I am just the average joe. With a job that I am unhappy with. 

Im starting with realistic expectations .. I don't in any way expect to be a millionaire over night .. 

My STARTING GOAL is simple: since I am starting from scratch I would like to make $100 within the first month. 

2ND GOAL) I would Like A website to bring me in $400.00 MONTHLY which is a semi- long term goal. 

I would like to build a website advertising a fiver gig that's worth more then 5 dollars for I think this way I can price the sale low and hopefully it will have more conversions with less traffic. 

Now I understand that this wont be easy because my only time to work on this project are about between midnight and 3 am .. 

So I am making a sacrifice to make this work. but I know one thing .. Im unhappy and if I don't make the move NOTHING will ever change! I AM TAKING THE FIRST STEP! 

By tonight 

STEP 1: 
I will at least started to build the website. It will be simple but look good and hopefully it will convert. I do not mind Linking the website I will be making. Please someone confirm if thats allowed. if not I will be posting pictures of before and after without naming the company. 

ABSOLUTELY ANY TIPS OR SUGGESTIONS ARE MORE THEN GREATLY WELCOMED! As I said STARTING from SCRATCH!
